Initial Consultation – During our initial complementary 1 hour consultation we will gain insight into your business, your desires and share with you the path that we follow to help you understand the value of your business and the path to increase its value.

Assessment and Plan Development – This is a 3 month engagement in which we schedule meetings to understand your current business, employees, systems and financials. You will receive a detailed assessment report and will work with us to develop a detailed plan to improve your business.

Plan Implementation – If you decide after the Assessment and Plan development that you would like to have us be part of your team to implement the improvements, we will develop a detailed set of workshops to engage your key staff and hold them accountable for the results.
